I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, fresh looking, and spacious, offering nice toiletries. The convenience of being able to easily access the Crystal Plaza was a big plus, but there were a few minor hiccups along the way. The service was a bit unprofessional at times, and dealing with cold water was not ideal, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was beyond perfect for my needs, with plenty of dining options nearby and attractions like Seton Hall within reach. Dining left something to be desired with overpriced and subpar food, but the facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
